How are the products manufactured?
Oryah products are entirely hand-made.
The jewelry is imagined during my walks, my readings, my feelings; drawn on my notebook (or a post-it, a handkerchief.. well, the only support at my disposal when inspiration arises ) and assembled by hand in my workshop.
As for scarves, they are woven on traditional crafts by weavers in Côte d’Ivoire, then lined with silk fabrics.
Where are the products manufactured?
The jewelry is all made in France in our workshop. The Baoulé weights used in the composition of jewelry are manufactured in Côte d’Ivoire. We carefully select local craftsmen with which we provide.
Our scarves are also manufactured in Côte d’Ivoire in partnership with local artisans. The final assembly is made in France.

What are the materials used?
To create Oryah jewelry, we carefully select:

• Semi precious beads: quartz, agate, Amethyst, aventurine, lapis lazuli…
• Swarovski™ crystals,
• Primers in gold filled 14K or 18K, ForeverGold™ and plated gold.

All our jewelry is guaranteed without nickel.

Is it possible to have custom-made jewelry?
We can make designs on order subject to availability of raw materials.

You are not satisfied with an article?
You have 15 days to change your mind.
Whatever your reasons, we will refund the full price of unworn and unused items returned in good condition. The product must be returned in its original packaging complete with the invoice, within 15 days from the receipt of your parcel.
You can freely choose the refund of your item or choose to exchange it for another item of the same value.
Note that if there is an order to be returned, the shipping expenses are your responsibility.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to the amount of your order during its validation, depending on the destination.
There are no shipping charges for orders sent to metropolitan France.

Delivery area
We deliver in France metropolitan and in the French overseas departments, throughout Europe, the United States of America and Canada.

Delivery times
The deadlines for preparation and shipping of in-stock items are of the order of 1 to 2 business days. Your parcel will be sent within a period of 48 to 72 hours maximum after placing the order on the Oryah online store.
Added to this period of preparation and expedition, is a period of delivery dependent of the postal service and customs.
In metropolitan France and the French overseas departments, the shipments are followed by letter.
The day of the shipment of your order, you are immediately informed by email of the number of packages and the link to the carrier’s website allowing you to track your package.

What are the accepted payment methods?
www.oryah-creations.com payments are made through Paypal.

Note that it is not necessary to create a PayPal account to pay for your purchase.
